Tim's New Bike - Finally the photos...

I posted them along with some sneering and embittered comments on my blog.

That's a work of art. Did he let you have a go?

And did you tell him that Lew Racing wheels are even lighter, just to annoy him?

Obviously, he now needs a CSC Giro winner's jersey...

No I haven't had a go on the bike yet. I'm in Amsterdam and he's in Nantwich being harassed by politicians at every step, at the moment.

The CSC shirt is a good idea for his b'day.

        Which Cinelli do you have?

        [Bike voyeur]

In fact, can we turn this into an OTF Bikes to Ogle thread?

I really, really like (sigh) the Fondriest TF2...

I love that De Rosa still work in steel, and this Corum is lovely...

Oh man, that Fondriest is nice.

          I've got a 2004 Cinelli Starship Record.

Kind of like this but in matt black....

A proper lugged steel bike with the thin tubes is the only way to go. Hopefully someday somebody will win a big race on one again and all these new-fangled bikes will finally be put to shame.

This is a vintage thread gentlemen - well done. There is more bike porn on this page than one man can cope with.
TPC, your brother's bike is a thing of beauty. How cool does that look and I tell you what, those wheels are damn funky.
The Fondriest is a good looking bike and I really like that de Rosa. One of the Giro teams are riding some nice de Rosa's, I can't remember which team, LPR maybe?

                New pants, please!

Fausto - yeah, it's LPR. Lovely things, too.

So which museum of antiquities did you find that in?

The Museum of Kick Ass Bikes.

I have the same frame, but mine has ugly colours and doesn't look half as new.

I like that bike. Although personally, I'd take the stabilisers off the front wheel.

My brother has one of the regular team Cervelo bikes. I am itching for a shot on it, but am waiting till he gets a computer set up. I am sure that I can obliterate the speeds the staid, non-cycling sod puts on it. Jealous? Me?

I am worried that Bryan thinks his bike has ugly colours incomparison to the pink-white abomination.
