As if it isn't ridiculous enough that the Blue Riband trophy for sailing is currently held by a "yacht club" based on Lake Geneva, they and their (inevitably American) challengers are now arguing over 19th-century documents, in the New York Supreme Court, about where they're even allowed to hold the next contest.
In what other sport would someone go running off bawling like a baby to the bloody Supreme Court? Jeez. And they haven't even begun arguing about what shape the bloody boats are allowed to be, yet. That'll probably take a US Supreme Court decision, after four years of legal argument.
