Broadly, all of it till Duke, and the occasional track afterwards until the last two albums, which were shit. Up until then, different styles, but some through lines that keep me listening, and appreciating.

Hmmm, I'm not convinced how my next few choices (the Stones, Georgia Satellites and Gun) sit with George Ezra.

I don't, I have to say. I love XTC, but my obsession with them doesn't extend to shelling out the money for 9 CDs worth of Andy Partridge demos. I've the 4 CD box set of BBC radio sessions though.

The Blue Aeroplanes and Genesis seems like an interesting combination of artists.

I love an overlapping multiplicity of stringed instruments, obtuse lyrics and allegories, and pastoral music-scapes, and they've both got that, at times.

I'm treating the likes of The Beatles, Bowie, etc. as the equivalent of The Bible & Shakespeare on Desert Island Discs. They should be on my list but they're so familiar that I don't make any effort to listen to them anymore.

The artists that recur most often when I'm putting music on at home these days would be:

                                          Flying Burrito Brothers/Gram Parsons

                                          Traffic

                                          Captain Beefheart

                                            I’ll keep it to pop:

                                            1. Roxy Music
                                            2. Rolling Stones
                                            3. Neil Young

The top spot is secure, the next two have strong claims but could easily be replaced with half a dozen other contenders.
