I quite liked Brighton synth-pop exponents Mirrors' 2011 release "Broken by Silence" especially the best known track "Hide and Seek."

So you can imagine my surprise when I decided to search for any more recent releases on Spotify and was presented with this perky little ditty.

Seems like there is more than one band called Mirrors.
There are three, in fact.

Ian 'Lightning Seeds' Broudie, of course, began his career with The Original Mirrors back in 1979.

However, there was already a band called The Original Mirrors, so they became The New Original Mirrors.

(They didn't, obviously.)
