I remember reading somewhere that the main reason for Aphex Twin's almost total dearth of material since the frankly tedious Drukqs is something to do with a very messy divorce from his wife. Mind you, we're talking about a period of 13 years here, so perhaps that's not the full story.Comment

It's great - much better than I expected. Though I suppose it might have seemed quite throwaway compared to the bigger albums he was releasing at the time. All very odd though.
