I love The Man of Metropolis steals our hearts by Sufjan Stevens. Its lyrics aren't specifically about Supes but he's always in my minds eye when I listen to that song.

Just discovered T Rex's Electric Warrior. What an album! I've got greatest hits double album which is fairly comprehensive but this is the first time I've heard any of their proper albums. And I was quite excited to find out that the opener, Mambo Sun, includes the line 'On a mountain range, I'm Doctor Strange, for you.'

Another fairly recent discovery has been The Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band's The Intro and the Outro, where Lord Snooty and his pals are supposedly tap dancing and Brainiac plays the banjo.
