No, the tournament administrator's impromptu ruling is final.
In any case, while the USA probably will beat Cuba at least the contrast in style's gives a chance of a Lake Placid Ice Hockey style upset, only this time with socialism vanquishing capitalism. Whereas Canadian music is basically just American music without the black people.

USA, but the Cubans acquit themselves well. Basically two teams high in the league standings meeting each other in a world cup final after having just played each other home and away in the national cup and regional cup. (If Real Madrid and Barcelona faced each other at the World Club Championships, like.)
