Anyone tried today's Guardian crossword yet? 15dn seems to lend itself to two equally good answers, which I assume escaped the attention of the editor.
I've had a look at that Guardian clue and the ambiguity is aurprising because I thought the fact that the two candidate answers were anagrams of each other was fairly widely known, like "orchestra" and "carthorse". The joy of arriving at a rare "and-lit" clue seems to have got the better of them. Having said that, I think one of the possible answers is somewhat more likely than the other given the wording of the definition.

Given only one of them starts with a "G", I'd say that tells you it's unambiguous.
