Outrageous fortune after a rushed second word.

I couldn't really see any alternatives to an -ATTY ending after shot 3, and PATTY felt the most USian of the options that came to mind.

Wait, what do you call a meat/vegetable patty in British then?

A burger. I'd never heard the word patty used until McBastards and Burger Kunt started using it I adverts.

Patty and chips was very popular at the chippy in Gloucestershire when I grew up. The patty being a sort of sausagemeat and potatoe thing in batter.

I wonder if this is regional (in the UK), as I have definitely seen the usage Logan notes (and well outside of Gloucs)

For me, Patty is a friend ('s name) more than a word. If I had another option it would have gone in next.

Yea I think it now implicit that USian going to be the more likely option. A month or so ago would have unhesitatingly gone for Batty before Patty.

                                        - no idea where that came from, was just trying to find a word that used 5 different letters and pulled out that jaffa.

                                              A little off-season par.

S P R A T - ah, that knocks out some regular consonants. Could be a good one!
                                              M O N E Y - ok. No a, e, o or y. What's afoot here?
                                              U N F I X - no a, e, o, u or y. And where's that n going?
