                  Various Artist I don't think there have been any Covid cases on the international space station but there's not much info available.

                    San Bernardhinault I can find no evidence of any Covid cases in any of the "obscure southern ocean island territories that only have temporary populations" but again info is limited.

                          I'm damn certain there's been no cases on the ISS, but I think we can safely discount it for the purposes of comparing national or subnational entities.
