A lady who'd been in Milan and returned to Uruguay with a fever and a cough got tested, was told to self-isolate, and instead went to visit her 87-year-old mother before attending a wedding party where there were 500 guests. There are WhatsApp audios doing the rounds of people who live in the same village and who basically wanted to lynch her. She's Uruguay's patient zero.

Edit to add: having posted the above and then read down the thread, I've had a look at the cases per million population column on that Worldometer page Balders linked to. Brazil has 3 cases per million, Argentina has 2 ... and Uruguay has 23.

As AE says, Timor Leste in English. I'm adding to this because 'Timor' is from timur, the Malay word for 'east'. So if we were to completely English up the name of the country it would be called East East.
