There was a contrast with Mary Earps though, who made two or three similar situations where she could have seen a ball go in anyway despite getting something on it, but instead got enough on each to make sure they didn't. Such as the fingertips Lindahl got to the first - you feel if Earps (or the Dutch goalie van Domselaar) had been diving at that she would have not only blocked it but pushed it away wide

One interesting thing I observed on Earps, regarding that save she made with her foot within the first 30 seconds of the game when Sweden broke through straight from kick-off, she'd spent a good few minutes in the warm-up practising exactly that kind of save. The level of detail in the prep is very impressive.
