hate stuff like this, if it's appropriate to play football just get on with the football. if you want to do something do it before the game otherwise if you want to pay tribute to him send him a card and a bunch of grapes.

Answering my own question, from another forum :

"First game was 15,900 but the rule had changed to allow 25,000. However logistics for first game set before change and therefore didnt have time to amend. Normal capacity 38,000."

I know it's the fashion and someone has probably done a tactical breakdown to show its the thing you should do, but playing it out from so far back is killing Belgium here. They've barely got it out of their own half at goal kicks.
