How does he not get a cap?

Watching Wolves v Burnley today it struck me why hasn't Matt Doherty got more caps? He's first name on the teamsheet for a decent Wolves side but, even when Seamus Coleman was injured, O'Neill preferred Cyrus Christie or David Myler (a midfielder) at right back. His face doesn't seem to fit, any other examples?

I just googled him, and the first story is "Sometimes your face doesn't fit." matt doherty ponders why he isn't playing for ireland.

Unfortunately for him Right back is always Ireland's best stocked position, other than left wing. Gary kelly got into the PFA team of the season (with Ian Harte) in 99-00, then the following season it was stephen Carr, then Steve Finnan, and then Carr again. (harte was the left back in 99-00, replacing Dennis Irwin who picked up his third left back slot the season before)

He needs to be a bit more versatile, because we already have two premier league right backs, and there are basically nine other vacancies for him to try and slot into.

There's a kind of vice-versa thing here with players who get plenty of international playing time but not so much with their clubs. Like Rashford.

The correct answer is Jack Grealish.
