    CONCACAF Nations League

Not exactly sure what this is, but yesterday's results were 13-0 and 10-0

The 34 nations that did not make the final CONCACAF hex group for World Cup Qualifying are playing a tournament to determine the seeding for the CONCACAF Nations League, which will start in Fall 2019. So you have relatively big nations like Cuba and Canada playing nations like Sint Maarten and Grenada.

The minnows will be playing each other when the Nations League actually begins play.

Is there going to be one of these for every continent, then? Because the CONMEBOL one will get repetitive pretty quickly.

The CONCACAF one makes sense, there are so many countries, many of whom are really small, so this helps them...though I feel that there are typically one or two small countries that make it to the Gold Cup and sometimes do well. Guadaloupe had some good games in one of the tournaments in the 00s.
