Are there any examples? Is there a club in a top flight without any own youth development under the same crest?

Professional clubs without own youth teams

Few, if any, of the original NASL clubs had real youth teams, as it was thought at the time that the high school and university systems would continue to be the primary locus for player development here. MLS has not repeated that mistake, though it still must co-exist with the scholastic system and long-standing “youth soccer” clubs that have no affiliation with a professional club.
As if to complicate things further, PSG recently established an affiliated youth system here in NYC.

The questions got in my head when Milan acquired Brescia Femminile and announced it yesterday. First reaction was to be happy Milan have a women's side.
But instantly questioning. Am not very happy about the idea of a club being acquired like this.
Will they relocate?
Does Brescia Femminile have an own Primavera or girls sides and if so, and if they move, they will obviously not move with them which is quite shitty towards the Primavera/girls who just as much as our men's Primavera aspire to play for the first team one day.
And then the last question, if Milan have plans for girl's or Primavera under the women's squad? If not, they've only done it half-arsed.

It’s really unclear at the moment, but my understanding is that Milan have only acquired Brescia’s professional licence, and that Brescia will continue to field an amateur side and maintain their existing youth setup.
Milan started to rebuild their women’s organisation with youth teams, which will continue.
