        And in an almost-in-reverse twist on this, Guyana's FA had no idea that Barnet keeper Kai McKenzie-Lyle was eligible for them until informed by scouts working on Football Manager.

        He scored on his debut as well - can't be many goalies that have done that on international duty.

          I believe the Phillipines national team were similarly alerted to the Younghusband brothers' nationality thanks to a Football Manager player.
