There seems to be a recurring theme with Ireland matches under O'Neill. They come out and play very well for the first five to ten minutes, running on pure andrenaline. Then they spend the next 60 or so minutes looking like they don't know each other. By the final 20 minutes of the match they've figured out how to play together and start getting stuff done.

You have to wonder if they are going out on to the pitch with a game plan.
