So if O'Kane has moved from Bournemouth to Leeds initially for a pretty limited amount (maybe even free) but with the possibility of payments if he makes a go of it at Elland Road, then that would explain why Torquay are seeing nothing yet. And would not be snidey of Bournemouth and Leeds, either.
* - and this is a perfectly fair way of doing it. The buying club first recoups it's costs from the original transfer and then splits any extra in the agreed fashion.
