I would think it would be a record absent similar circumstances in Britain and/or the likes of Gibraltar or Andorra where there is only one pitch (though teams take turns "hosting").
Gilford Park (now Celtic Nation) had a dispute with their landlords a few years back, which meant that they couldn't play games at their home ground. As a result they played the vast majority of their away games in the first half of the season (probably something like 17-18 consecutive games). When it came time to play the return fixtures they initially found alternative venues (mostly an athletics stadium near Workington) before finally coming to an agreement with their landlord.

No. They haven't got an all weather pitch. It's just one of those freak occurrences to do with random cup games and bad weather coinciding with away games.
