Rossington Main 2-4 Brigg Town

Rossington were unbeaten at home and Brigg unbeaten away, so this had the makings of a good game, and so it proved.

Decent clubhouse and enough cover to keep the crowd of 168 dry.

Glad you had a good visit to Rossington, Baptiste. My dad managed them for years, and I did their programme for them a few years back, as well as playing for their youth sides as a kid. This is their best start to a season in a long-time, and they're managed by a really good guy in Ben Hunter (I used to be in the local swimming team with him and his sister). He's managed to get a few players together who've been released by bigger local sides, and tempt a few Rossington lads, like ex-Rotherham full-back Jamie Green, back.
