France look pretty good by Norway have been a level above. They finished the main stage with a ridiculous goal difference and won by at least 7 in every one of the preliminary and main games.

Just watched the Quest EFL highlights show for the weekend and once again thoroughly enjoyed it. Colin Murray is an excellent presenter and both Danny Cowley and George Elek (who I didn't know previously) are really well informed in terms of lower league football. Dean Ashton is very good when he's on, too. It's a great package.
