No, neutrals appear to be allowed - if they can get a ticket ;
Corinthian Casuals vs Dulwich Hamlet - Statement
Following an announcement from the Department of Culture, Media and Sport in conjunction with the FA, Corinthian-Casuals will be unable to admit supporters of Dulwich Hamlet to King George’s Arena for the FA Cup 2nd Round Qualifying fixture on Saturday 3rd October.
As the coronavirus is clearly clever enough to differentiate between supporters of Step 2 and 3 clubs, in their wisdom, supporters of National League clubs – which include Dulwich Hamlet – are banned from spectating.
We have held back on the sale of tickets for the time being but will unfortunately have to limit these to Corinthian-Casuals and neutral supporters only. Please do not purchase tickets if you are a supporter of Dulwich Hamlet F.C. as both clubs have to adhere to these rules (we cannot believe we’ve had to type that).
We’d like to place on record that as a club, we are not in favour of this utterly baffling ruling, we believe it is wholly unnecessary and we are having to put in place these restrictions under duress.

I've been wavering between Mossley v Tadcaster and Hyde v Fylde, leaning towards the former. Mossley tickets don't go on sale until this evening but out of curiosity I started the online form for Hyde tickets. Nowhere was I asked whether I was a home fan, away fan or (as was the case with my Radcliffe ticket last week) neutral. Nor, disappointingly, was I asked for my shirt size.

The aforementioned Sheppey United are one of five 9th tier teams through to the 3rd Qualifying Round. The others are...- Longridge Town (3-2 winners at tier 7 Stalybridge Celtic)
- Skelmersdale United (2-1 winners against tier 7 Lancaster City)
- Chatham Town (3-0 winners at tier 6 Folkestone Invicta)
- Christchurch (beat tier 6 Gloucester City on penalties after a 1-1 draw)

Joke is on the pedants, I was actually referring to Corinthian's notorious 1920s hooligan firm, Corinthian Casuals, infamous at the time for turning over matchday trams. Not to be confused with The Casuals Corinthians who were very much their antithesis

Aveley are based close to the big shopping centre on the north end of the Dartford Crossing.
Sholing are a Hampshire side, somewhere round Southampton. They only changed their name from VTFC in the last few years or so, having started out as the works team of Vosper Thorneycroft (or possibly its predecessor companies).

Aveley are quite a fixture in the Isthmian League and have a very impressive new ground. So much so that they seem to be the go-to groundshare in the area. They have at least two other teams as tenants at the moment.
The Christchurch v Dulwich Hamlet game about to start is live on the BBC site and app.Last edited by Ray de Galles; 13-10-2020, 19:22.
