    Bolton v Arsenal

Arsenal trailing to a Matthew Taylor goal in the pouring rain at the Reebok.

Diaby's just been sent off for a horrible studs-up foul on Steinsson. Earlier, Kolo Toure saw a low shot go inches wide after it took a couple of deflections.

    Bolton are working like savages.

That was a ugly foul from Diaby. Steinsson was lucky not to be injured--it was really something that could have broken his leg.

Ah, didn't realise there was a separate thread for this game. Stupid foul from Diaby - wonder what Wenger will have to say about it.

I've just been told that apparently Diaby broke Ivan Campo's foot on this ground a couple of years ago. He must love playing Bolton.

Wenger will get that century of red cards yet . . .

        Now Taylor makes it 2-0.

Bolton are 2-0 up, another Taylor goal.

Could be a very important result from them, today, especially with Birmingham 1-0 up on a bored looking Man City.

This is the game selected for Sky Italia's "SuperCalcio" channel today.

They may be getting a call from the fair trading authorities.

Birmingham City have gone 1-0 up against Man City in a match notable for the fact that Man City are wearing their dark(ish) blue kit, which is awfully close in colour to the all blue back of Birmingham's kit.

Nurmberg 1-0 up against Bayern after an hour, with Jan Koller just having fluffed an excellent chance to make it two.

Just looking at the goals again, and on the second one watch how Gallas tries to cravenly get out of the way of Taylor's shot, for fear of getting a smack of the ball. I hate seeing defenders do that.

Arsenal's league collapse has been Keeganesque this season, they seem to have lost all mental strength and blaming it on the Eduardo incident just doesn't come close to justifying it.

                  Nuremberg give up an equaliser.

B'ham 2-0 up, but Man City have just gotten a rather questionable penalty.

                  Which Elano converts.

Gary Cahill almost makes it 3-0 with a downward header while climbing all over Toure, but Almunia keeps it out with his knee. Arsenal are turning in a slightly faster replica of Celtic's second-half performance earlier today.

Arsenal pull one back with a hilariously undeserved goal by Gallas. It should be about 4-0, not 2-1. In fairness to Gallas, he stuck it away well at the back post after Campo had failed to cut the ball out.

                        2-2 now, Van Persie penalty.

Cahill needlessly trips Aleksandr Hleb, and van Persie buries the penalty for his first goal since October.

How Arsenal are level in this game is a mystery -- they've been absolutely appalling. They'll probably go on and win it now.

Things do not look good for Bolton.

Van Persie should have put that away.

That went off three Bolton players on the way in.

Absolutely unbelievable. Fabregas's mis-hit shot takes a deflection off Andy O'Brien and then hits Jlloyd Samuel on the line as it goes in.

Arsenal have used up all their luck for the season today, that's for sure.

Though I'd like Arsenal to win the league , even I can't claim that as a Carpenter double-bluff special.

I'm sure this has probably been covered before, but what's that Arsenal kit all about?

Bolton have had a seriously bad day, with Sunderland and Birmingham winning their games. Fulham very nearly beat Derby as well.

Bolton are dead meat. Not much doubt now about who's taking that third relegation place.

Pat Dolan is such an awful analyst.
