    Kyle Beckerman retires

Dallas beings in a defender from Eibar, New England a defender from Nacional in Columbia.

Cobi Jones is going to run for USSF VP

Dallas signed a winger from Colombia; Austin a Colombian defender from Guarani.

Tommy McNamara re-signed with New England.

Reentry draft part 2 was today, with the funniest part being Houston taking Joe Corona. Who was one of Austin's expansion picks. But he didn't opt out of the reentry draft, so he was eligible. So Austin loses a pick and their first player for nothing, and the Galaxy get $50K of allocation money for losing a player they'd actually already lost for free. And, he's probably going to back to Liga MX anyway.

SKC signed a French MF for free from a Turkish club that stopped paying him.

Sheffield United and Reading are looking at Lewis Morgan.

CONCACAF Champions League is changing in 2023-24. 50 teams in 10 groups of 5 in the fall produce 16 for spring knockouts. 4 North American groups producing 11 teams; 8 from group winners and runners up, 3 from some repechage thingie; 4 Central American groups producing 4; 2 Caribbean groups producing 1, with Central American and Caribbean cup competitions to be started.
