Now there's a word I haven't heard in awhile. I'll see your grotty and raise you 'marvy.'

Indeed. I quite like any sort of 86 reference but the shorts and cuffs are pish. Get rid of the cuffs and have white (or white with a blue band) shorts and it would be a winner. Yellow with blue chest band away top please.

Adidas really are both ends of the extremes these days, aren't they? How can they get our cuffs so right and Scotland's so very, very wrong?

Good to see a couple of former Polish national cycling champions switch sports and make the SMNT and SWNT at least.

Actually it can't even be that at I've got the colours the wrong way up.

              The full Wales kit is even nicer than expected and the Owain Glyndŵr inspiration for the accent colours is made explicit ;

I don’t know ‘marvy’ - British or Canadian?

Now, now - this is a Scotland shirt we're slagging off here, which means Scottish euphemisms should be used. Mawkit, bowfin' or clatty are all acceptable in this context.

And the SFA are going about it all wrong for throwbacks - nobody wants another tribute to the 1986 kit, which was shite. 1990's the one you want to emulate:

Not least because that's what we were wearing the last time we won a World Cup finals match.

The PE kit is an integral part of "Italian Culture".

                    Who knew?

You need to zoom in on that one to see the awfulness of the design. You also need to zoom in to find out that the bloke on the left is pointing to the badge, not making an obscene gesture.

These people have been posting loads of new international kits today, far too many to repost :

I presume that the patterning references Etruscan vase design or something. She should have gone with some of the naughty Pompeii bathroom murals.

Yeah, it looks as if adidas has gone for individual launches of a host of Euro 2020 kits. My recollection is that in the past they have done a single collective launch.

The Czech Republic change is a very unusual hue

The underpattern of the Italy "away" (what they are calling it in Italian) is supposedly "Renaissance inspired", but I'm not really seeing it.

The Scotland kit will be used at Euro 2021, but not Euro 2020.

Someone at Puma appears to have done Art History on acid.

Also looks like a new badge for the ÖFB

I don't know how accurate but I quite like both those 'underpatterns'. I also love the colour of the Austrian socks, shorts and cuffs.

I went to this today. It's in the main lobby of the museum building. Probably takes half an hour max. There were lots of people there though. We went for a coffee and chat until just before closing time and got some photos on the way out.
