I only found out about Jamie Vardy through his cartoon. Indeed, a lot of his EPL references are as opaque to me as his Australian ones.

After a bit of googling, I'm going to go with 'no' to that one. Adam and Eve have a saint's (saints'?) day, but aren't actually saints, seems to be the summary by catholicism.org (I checked other places too).
