    Ryan Gigg's voice

What's the Welsh crew's view of Giggs these days, now he's apparently long passed through the 'preening starlet who never plays for Wales' stage to that of the dignified grandee of the team.

Can't slag the bloke off meself really - 15 years ago he came across as a modest, dedicated decent guy in a team full of cunts; today... etc

I think there's a real respect and affection for him but deep down we all know he's Man U's really, not ours. Other lesser Welsh players have been far bigger crowd favourites in recent years.

What Harry said. Yes he's a legend and by far the greatest Welsh footballer of all time (yes, I think he even eclipses the late great King John).

He was always 'stepping down' to play for Wales and despite being proud to wear the red, he was so obviously frustrated so often by his less able team mates.

We're glad he was one of us ... proud of the fact, but as Harry says there have been far bigger (quite literally in Hartson's case) crowd favourites than Giggs.
