(I'm assuming there is a thread, but I can't find it. I tried to, too.)
The second series is all about colour, sound and set. The entire thing has a wonderfully sludgy, bruised under-sea look and feel. Heavy greens and browns. Light is an imposter.
Will's twitchy Shaman stuff has been relegated, with the focus now on Hannibal - one of the most subtle, delicious winks to the camera ever committed to television. The cast are again superb. But it it is the soundtrack again that makes it. Cacophonous brass sounds that shake the chair.
