Always came across as a lovely bloke on Twitter and in interviews I've seen with him.

Him and Sue Holderness were the main actors for interacting with fans of OFAH, I'd heard that he recently cancelled a touring event to get treatment for cancer but I didn't realise he was as sick as he obviously was. RIP.

Very sad to hear this. The best episodes of OFAH were always the ones where they realised what a fantastic character/actor combination they'd found in Boycie and gave him a big part.
