Saw this, he was great in a lot of 60s and 70s films, obviously Bonnie and Clyde and Hannibal Brooks come to mind,I could be wrong, but I think that Michael J Fox added the J to his name as a fan, you can't get better than that.

He gave one of the most incoherent interviews I've ever seen on TV. Clearly stoned to the max. A great on-screen presence though.

Remember seeing an interview with Michael Winner that said much the same, but found him too nice a guy to ever get mad about.
Watching films as a kid in the 80's and 90's were made more interesting by chaps such as Pollard.

Speaking of that, somebody else agreed with the above sentiment, and has a lovely little channel on youtube that shines a light on people like Pollard who were in so many things but were never really front and centre. It really is nice to put names to these faces, and so many of these actors and actresses lived wonderful, rich lives. Pollard hasn't been featured yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if he were to feature on a future episode.

Great link. Good to see Scatman Cruthers on there.
