She is Myfanwy Davies, Plaid Cymru candidate for Llanelli and she really reminds me (in this specific photo) of a quite middle class English actress who is fortyish. Not Helen Baxendale or Kristin Scott Thomas but there is a bit of them about her. The woman I am thinking of is a bit of an English Juliette Binoche, it's killing me.

On further examination I think it might be that it is Julia Ormond she reminds me of actually but I'm still not sure.
