A specific one. Firstly, it's not English Food by Grigson. But, it covered the same sort of area and historical scope. I want to say that it mentioned British Isles or Britain in the title (more likely British Isles). My parents had it as a paperback, probably sometime from the mid 70s to early 80s. (God I miss paperback cookbooks).
The cover had, I think, a pale blue or yellow oval with the title in it. But I can't remember anything else.
